Location
Simple and bright is the best way to go for this shoot! I suggest using my studio this allows the little one to crawl around and be free.
Cake
When choosing a cake we can all get overwhelmed fast. Save the cute Pinterest cake for the party and go with a simple white Publix cake! I offer some cake toppers but you are more than welcome to bring one! Most babies are not fans of the cake so one thing I always tell parents is to bring the babies favorite snack and we can put it on the cake and make a game out of it.
What to wear
Picking an outfit is always a struggle so I am here to help! You know your baby the best so we can do four outfits or even one whatever works for you! For this I would stay away from busy patterns, logos and bright colors. Neutrals photograph the best! I prefer creams and oatmeal, if you want color I would go for the muted pastel colors. I find waffle knit is so precious on little ones! Down below I linked the sweetest little outfits! Getting your little one dressed at the studio when you arrive is always an option!
